Making a Purchase:  We have several authorized dealers listed on our site that offer our parts and you can order direct from them if you prefer.  In addition there are many more dealers that offer our parts but are not listed because we don’t have room to list them all.   If you already know the part number you want, you can simply put that part number in our “search” box and hit enter.  A few more clicks and some information from you can complete your order.  In case you do not know exactly what you want, we suggest you download (all are very fast downloads) the appropriate catalog from our web site to find the parts we offer for your car.  The “Whiteline”  catalog offers complete high performance suspension upgrades including sway bars, end links, chassis bracing, roll center kits, lateral link kits, anti-lift kits, caster and camber kits, and more.  The “Whiteline PLUS” catalog offers premium performance polyurethane bushing kits.  The GFB (Go Fast Bits) brochure shows the different style BOV’s (Blow Off Valves), Boost Controllers and light weight aluminum pulley kits.

We accept credit card payment online (secured), by phone or by fax for Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards.  We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.  Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping:  Normally orders are shipped within 24 hours for those items in stock.  We will send you a confimation of your shipment and a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.  If your item(s) are not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated shipping time.  If you do not wish to wait, you can cancel your order at that time.

Credit Card Security:  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.

Warranty:  We offer the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell.  That warranty is 1 year for all Whiteline, Whiteline PLUS and GFB products.

Privacy Policy:  We do not disclose any of your information to anyone other than our staff and the credit card company necessay to process your order – period.

Returns:  We hope you never have to return anything.  Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report any descrepancies immediately to us.  In the rare instance where you want to return an item, you will need to contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to making the return.  We can arrange for pick up and issue you credit or send a replacement part depending on the situation.  If the part returned is 100% new (completely resaleable – never used or installed – not dirty) we will allow a full credit for the purchase price of the part.
